  1. Resolved Question: What should I do with my 401k?
  2. 1 Jun 2008 at 9:34am
I left my old job and started my own business 4 years ago. My 401k is still there! I have had numerous banks and investment firms shouting give us your money! I am 47 years old, struggling to make the bills with the slow economy. Its ok eating Cherio's for now but I don't think I can chew on them in my golden years. I have asked my accountant about this and he sends me information on IRA's. They remind me of buying a new car, you get different packages with different options. Then when you get it home you find a blank spot on the dash where the option you wanted should have been!

Okay. Here we go. For my world economy class, we have to deasign our own business. I'm doing interior design. I'm making a portfolio and I needed to know if there is any stores that offer free samples/ swatches of fabric. I'm not too in to online shopping, so it would be great if you could name some stores that I can just walk in and walk out with fabric and not pay a dime. The only stores I know of around here that are a possibility are JoAnn Fabrics and Michaels. But if you know of any more, that would be soo helpful! Thanks so much. [:

I'd really love for some idea contributions from people around the world telling me just a brief (since I'd goggle for more information) about ther own country's aircraft and train transportation. Train contributes to the economy by providing a special offer for a special price to travel around Europe for only ?. / The airplane contributes to the economy by promoting tourism which is done by giving special offer/prices during special seasons. (or you could say your country has a visit ? year,) 3. The ? airplane has big seats / air-conditioning/ special first class with tv/ friendly aeroplane crew, gives the passengers a relaxed ride. / Underground train is really fast and has air-conditioning for comfort. 4.The ?. 34. 30 May 2008 at 7:43pm
Certainly, I mentioned sex industries for example, because I feel that it's a core reason to explain the declining of some marriages. In some ways it is, and in some ways it's not, but this may strike controversal. Our recent human influences to the so-called "make our life easier," has made me to think that we're doing more harm to our society than helping it. As we know, we live in a ever-changing environment that is opened to new businesses to change the economy. Sex industries for example has threaten our human values on what love really is. The individuals who apply for the sex trade is really there to make money. Thus, this type of wrong-doing has threaten marriages, family life, and other relationships.Carelessly enough, by doing this, it is tearing away how we view love as the amount of satisfaction that we get off from sex, rather than intimacy and getting to know the person to start a family. What are your thoughts on sex industries? Your view of society & human morals?

The worldwide economic collapse, food shortages and destruction of physical economies was planned many years ago by the Rothschilds, Rockefellers and other Satan worshipping Elites ... they want to kill as many people as possible, because they are following the commands of Satan. This is no joke. Learn about the plans of the elites to starve and impoverish the majority of people. http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/Evils%20in%20America/Rock-n-Roll/john_todd.htm The elites are going to raise the fuel prices SO HIGH that all transportation and trucking business will shut down, all grocery stores in big cities will be shut down (because no food can be transported from the farms to the cities), and most people living in cities will die of starvation. That is why all the anglo-american and English speaking governments have prepared their police and military for martial law, which includes all the "police state" laws that allow anybody to be arrested. Elites want to kill 80% of us!! Do your own research: Visit http://www.youtube.com and search for movies with the keywords: Alex Jones Endgame (watch all 13 parts) Alex Jones Endgame 1.5 (watch Part 1, 3 parts) Aaron Russo Alex Jones interview Aaron Russo RFID chip Flouride Codex Alimentarius (the elites are planning to ban all nutritious food and vitamin pills in 2009!) ... and get the latest real news from: http://www.infowars.com Switch off your TV. It is brainwashing you into thinking just the way the elites want you to think. Sell your house. Try to live a self-sufficient life. Get out of the cities, or you will starve to death when all the grocery stores have no more food to sell. This is no joke... Pass this message around and prepare for martial law. If you think I am joking, look at the inscriptions on the "Georgia Guidestones" , a big stone monument in the USA, set up by the Elites. 57. Voting Question: What are you going to do about the economic collapse?
  58. 29 May 2008 at 7:29am
That is why all the anglo-american and English speaking governments have prepared their police and military for martial law, which includes all the "police state" laws that allow anybody to be arrested and thrown into jail for no reason. Do your own research: Visit http://www.youtube.com and search for movies with the keywords: Alex Jones Endgame (watch all 13 parts) Alex Jones Endgame 1.5 (watch Part 1, 3 parts) Aaron Russo Alex Jones interview Aaron Russo RFID chip Flouride Codex Alimentarius ... and get the latest real news from: http://www.infowars.com Switch off your TV. It is brainwashing you into thinking just the way the elites want you to think. Sell your house. Try to live a self-sufficient life. Get out of the cities, or you will starve to death when all the grocery stores have no more food to sell. This is no joke... Pass this message around and prepare for Armaggedon.

  60. 28 May 2008 at 1:27pm
As all of you know, the price of gas is pretty high. While I don't mean to complain, other countries do have it worse, but it's ridiculous. How come we don't pull together and try and make this work? There are many alternative energies out there, but the most independent source of earthly materials is solar. What are your ideas on solar energy? Don't you think it would benefit the world in good ways (pollution, money, etc.)? We're all depending too much on the ground beneath our feet and it seems like it costs too much to depend on it anymore. What about boycotts? If we continue this way, all the large businesses and/or governments could make a negative impact on the way we live (eg., the Great Depression of the 1920's). So ponder a bit, what exactly can we do? Who's even willing to help the country recover before it's too late and we drop into recession? Things aren't so bad now, but look at the facts and stats of the last few years... what do you have to say?

  65. Resolved Question: Gas Prices Too High? How About We Stop Buying Chinese?
  66. 28 May 2008 at 8:09am
Supposedly, China's demand for oil is playing a key roll in the price of fuel setting record numbers. China's economy is growing which is fueling the demand for the oil. China's economy is growing because they are exporting so many goods that countries like the US buy. So I think that a viable solution is to stop buying Chinese made products. I mean afterall, this is a communist country, they are not friends of the US. Let me take one step further and say, let's not do business with China at ALL. Corporate America needs to stop worrying about putting that all mighty dollar in their pockets, at the expense of the American People, and start worrying about the future of the country that allows them to do this in the first place. China, and countries like China, do not like the US for any other reason than we support them through buying things from them. If people want to lower gas prices, they need to go to the source. That source is China and all of the goods that they send to us. Alby, I understand what you are saying, my biggest concern is do we really NEED flat screen TV's and NIKE shoes and things like this? We are coming into a time when NEEDS are going to out weigh WANTS. What does China supply to us that is a NEED? I do not know of one thing that they SELL to us, that we cannot get here in our own country that is classified as a basic need. I do not shop at Wal Mart anymore. 8 out of every 10 items that you pick up in Wal Mart comes from China. That's crazy. I will not support them in any way.

  69. Resolved Question: Why are gasoline prices such a mystery to Americans?
  70. 27 May 2008 at 9:47pm
I was talking with my girlfriend's parents this weekend. They asked me quite honestly, why gas prices have gone up so much? "Are we running out of oil?" they asked. I told them that as long as there are enough people in China and India who are willing to pay four or more dollars a gallon for gasoline, the world price would rise to that level, and no reasonable supply increase will make a material dent in the price. They looked at me with strange, puzzled looks. "Ok, let me put this another way: When you go to Target or Mervins and buy cheap clothes and shoes made in China and India, you're supporting a business in those far away places, and taking a job away from someone in the USA. We've all been doing this for SO MANY YEARS now that the economies in these distant places have matured, and now those people have as much, or more buying power than we do. We did it to ourselves!" Mercedes Benz in Germany announced they have more luxury car buyers in China than the US! No joke!

  73. Resolved Question: Him in business class, me in economy....?
  74. 27 May 2008 at 7:05pm
I will be flying with my boyfriend to his sister's wedding (this will be my very first time meeting his family as well). I was hoping that we can sit on the plane together, but his work has decided to book him in business class and I have to go in economy since I can't afford business class ticket. I was hoping that he would downgrade so I don't sit for over 4 hours alone, but he says since his work is paying for his business class, he will take advantage of it. He says that he would be watching movies anyways so what's the difference where he is sitting. It kind of makes me feel awkward and sad. I've never been in business class, and he almost always flies in business...I feel like a peasant. I told him about my feelings but he says that I'm making a big deal out of nothing. To him, it's just another plane trip, to me it's an experience. I'd love to have him as my company. Am I exaggerating?

  75. Resolved Question: Republicans want us to help small business owners?
  76. 27 May 2008 at 6:24pm
Are small business owners happy about High Gas Price? Well Walmart is 15 miles from where I live and also other big name stores are far. And the gas prices, whoa!!! So I thought, well, why not walk to the nearby market and other unknown stores and check out their stuff. I feel small business owners are very happy that people will go ahead and walk or ride bike to their stores and buy whatever they have available. Is this what Republicans want us to do? Go to local unknown stores and help out small business owners??? Will this help our economy or what? Or the Rich get richer? Or are we helping the people who just started a business? Don't seem like the Rich get richer, because the airlines are going bankrupt and all. Well maybe we should go ahead and start a business too, maybe we can become wealthy, also.

  77. Resolved Question: Start up small buisness suggestions.?
  78. 27 May 2008 at 6:20pm
I graduated college last December and I'm already to hating my cubical job more and more everyday. I know I want to own my own business, but I just can't find anything that has serious growth potential as well as a reasonable start up cost. I seriously go come up w/, research, and ultimately throw away 3-5 ideas a week (usually due to dreaming too big). Its pretty frustrating right now so I'm just looking for some suggestions that I may be a little more do-able in the near future. I'd prefer it not be a franchised based operation, but I'm still open to the idea. Oh by the way I'm in the US economy dump called Michigan. I'm not talking about starting some cheesy mlm scheme 'business' either. I think most of you understood that, but I thought I'd at least add that note. Also I'm not talking like dirt cheap business, just ones that won't take me years to get investors to buy in.
